A family run business.We opened Quenas in Jan 21st 2011 with the dream of presenting the wide diversity and fusion of Peruvian food, using the best and most authentic ingredients, such as Panka pepper, Aji amarillo, rocoto, etc.
Peruvian cuisine fuses many different ethnicity, including Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and is increasingly being recognized as world class.
At Quenas we are very picky with our ingredients. We respect original flavors and fussily choose the freshest of vegetables and herbs from the Peru. Rescuing and understanding the importance of each product to finally make the finished dish, to create the Fiesta to dine!
